Research into and Application of the Business Process Management Maturity Model in Tobacco Production and Management

Abstract

Business process management maturity model providesan approach for companies to evaluate their level of business process management. Each time, its effectiveness in analyzing the status and existing problems of business process management is a chance for companies to lift the level of business process management. In this paper, we pioneered the maturity model of tobacco business process management, with the consideration of the characteristics of tobacco manufacturing and management.This model was used to evaluate the business process management level of tobacco production and operation at the provincial level. The corresponding proposal of directions of improvement helps provide a new method and thought in terms of the enhancement of tobacco business process management capabilities.
