A quality traceability system for seafood based on bill of lots
Abstract
For the the factors affecting the quality and safety of seafood and the existence problem, it was proposed to construct seafood quality safety traceability information management system by the use of advanced information technology for the improvement of quality of seafood. The seafood traceability process was analyzed based on the production process of seafood. And the model of process tracing and product quality traceability was established based on the key nodes in process. The traceability system frame work was built up. The tracing models of seafood product quality were studied in the system based on bill of lots. The positive and reverse traced back of seafood quality was implemented and it guarantee the quality safety level of seafood. The application example shows that the proposed research provides a new solution to the relevant problems.
